You’ve bought a new property in a new estate and you need a land surveyor, but what stage are you up to:
-
Your architect/draftsperson requires a survey so they can design the house.
We can complete a Feature/Level Survey of the site which will aid the architect to design a house to suit the existing conditions. This survey will include levels and contours of the site, and features such as trees, pits, etc, from the road/kerb to your back fence and any adjoining buildings/features within 9m of your site.

Your builder is ready to start but you’re missing title pegs.
Often in new estates, title pegs get disturbed by new fences, or construction on adjoining sites. We can complete a boundary re-establishment survey to re-mark the title boundaries. As a part of the survey we will check and adjust any existing marks found, place new marks, and typically we place 1m offset marks in the footpath which should remain once your fences are constructed. We also provide a plan of survey detailing the existing fencing and marks placed on site.

You’re ready to build but need the building setout for trades to commence work.
Some builds require a basic setout for excavation works prior to setting out gridlines for the building.
For those buildings not on a slab, we often return and pin the footings for accurate brickwork.
